Now a day, our university system provides an autonomous education to students, and the controversy, here, is some parents or professors thinks the collage policy needs to strict the students choice of school timetable. The reason is some of adults think a universe student are still a immature adult, so they need to be restrict by school and use the education to help students well organize their time schedule. However, I think the optional attendance to class at university will teach students more.
I have heard several reasons to oppose to this issue. The points of views are about time, money and responsibility. They think although some of students can well organize their time and went to the class which is called free-attendance system class, but the number of the part is very few. Most of them cannot deal it well since the collage life is their first time leaving their own family and parents and their first time to process their own life themselves. Therefore, many students skip class, and the result is flunk out. Thus, it wastes money.
Alter the negative view, I still think the optional education and free- attendance system provide a most important opinion to let me consider it is good. First of all, a university is a some society which could let a young adult to adapt the social duty and the cooperation with peer since the freedom lets it has this function. If we forfeit this autonomous right, students will have no chance to choose what he want and take a responsibility for what he made. Moreover, if you say now is not the correct time, when is the precise time?
Second of all, university is a new starting point for students to compete with another for figuring out who has ability to organize their own business and provide self-control in self life. Collage life is a some race between every university student. You present good attitude and ability in campus, then you own more capital for your future. In addition, companies can hire the employee easily based on the representation of the student. In the other word, the presentation of the student is one another student's data-base to identify he student's ability. To sum up, self-control is also one of the ability that every young men need to learn before becoming a mature men. The only way to train this behavior is not restriction but autonomy. Taking a charge for both what they down and what they want is a common major in campus, and this preform provides an identification for every individuals to their future boss.
